why bussiness features

My account is 8 days old 4 days ago four things happened at the same time with my account 1.my primary account holder label that was on my profile dissapeared 2.a maneged network appeard on my device 3. five manage add on features are now avaiable  to me that were not before and these add on are indicitive of a Small bussiness account examlple one add on in particular state in the detail section that it requires your employer to enable it for it to funtion I aslo went to store where my device was compared to a consumer account device and my features did not match so now im on a managed network so some one can access my device Unauthorized without consent which is an invasion of my privacy if i dail 611 im dealing with the very scoundrols that are resonaible was told that a ticket was created and wait 72 hrs the thing is on a bussiness account your number on your device will be asigned with a plus 1 on a con sumer no plus one and plus one is how it is registerd on my device if you search my number without the plus 1 you see i have a consumer account but it doesnt have a plus one and go aheaed and search how bussiness accounut are all registerd with the plus one  my accounut has been cloned and or hijacked
