why????
I am once again sitting here less than satisfied. Why do I pay $143 a month for a night time speed of 5mb which is totally insufficient to run anything? I am paying for 50mbps service on my contract and every night at 7 pm it goes straight in the toilet as it jumps around from server to server from Washington to mountain home to Rupert and towns I don't even recognize and this is what you call service???? We have a new service being installed here in Jerome and I am definitely interested at this point. This is giving me battle fatigue and PTSD!!!!!
Please don't take this the wrong way. You Pay this because you choose to. I know you expect better service than you are receiving, but you are not receiving it, so if you have other options you should take advantage of it. $143 for service you can't use. Makes no sense to me to continue using that service. If this is not the answer you were looking for I'm truly sorry. But you did ask the question.
