Operator unlock
i live in turkey and i'm not a t mobile customer White buying the phone the 2nd hand man Said to me that this phone is an international phone I want to unlock the operator
Like I said, your second hand man gave you bad second hand information.
You do not qualify to have your device SIM unlocked from T-Mobile. Either return it to the seller you purchased it from or look into a third party unlocking service.

Are you a T-Mobile USA customer? Did you purchase the device from T-Mobile USA? Does your account and device meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements?
