I bought the device to T-Mobile when I contracted the Postpaid service. And held for 4 months.
Then again, as I mentioned above, before switching to prepaid, I was charged the full price of the device. And I've been on prepaid for the last 2 years.
Last month I needed to travel, so I requested to unlock the device. And now I find that customer service says it will be unlocked in 48 hours, but nothing happens. And there is no other way to scale the complaint for the time lost and the extra charges I had to pay when travelling because T-Mobile has not unlocked my fully paid device.
