T-Mobile will not unlock our phone. I paid the phone off over two weeks ago. I had called multiple times and I get a different story every time on why the device is not unlocked. I have been reading this and it has happened to many people. Beware!! Stay away from T-Mobile And do not buy any devices through them because you will never get them unlocked if you ever choose to leave. This has to be illegal.
What type of phone? If it's an iPhone it takes a little longer to unlock since they have to get Apple to release the code.
