I purchased an iPhone from MetroPCS and used it on the T-Mobile/Sprint network after a year. The phone worked fine on T-Mobile/Sprint. However, after moving to India and performing a factory reset, the iPhone is now locked by a carrier. I contacted MetroPCS, and they confirmed that they did not lock my phone's IMEI.

Could you please assist with unlocking my mobile? The IMEI number is 358633074196151.

    This is basically a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation that doesn't have account access so you're going to need to reach out to Tmobile support using messenger on one of their  social media accounts.
