2.4g devices not connecting to T-Mobile Home Network

Yall are making this WAY harder than it has to be.
1. Open the T-mobile Internet app
2. Go to the Network tab at the bottom
3. Click on the "+" sign to add a network
4. Add in the information for a 2nd network and change the frequency band to 2.4 GHz.
Done. Easy. Now you have 2 networks and 1 is 2.4 only. I had to figure this out myself as this thread was trash.

I am so grateful to you and @Katiejo123 ! I have been so annoyed with this for months. I was looking to buy a new vacuum because it seemed stupid to have one that I can't control with my app or Alexa as intended! Thank you!!!
