Block 2.4 & 5GHz Without Blocking LTE & 5G

As disabling the Wi-Fi on the TMO-G4AR reportedly causes boot problems I am seeking a Faraday cage designed to block 2.4 and 5GHz while allowing the LTE & 5G ranges to pass through.  I have read that this is possible with appropriately sized holes.  And I see a cage on Amazon designed to block all signals.  Is anyone aware of one designed to allow the LTE & 5G through?

 

Also if there is a newer model out now that someone can confirm offers the disable Wi-Fi option I will upgrade instead of trying to work around the problem.

    There is a third-party app called HINT Control, available for iOS and Android, that can turn off or reduce the power of the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi radios.
