Can I pause or disable my 5Ghz band?

Which gateway do you have, the Arcadyn model or the Nokia?

I'm using the Arcadyn model and am able to have 2GHz & 5GHz connections under separate names and passwords instead of their default automatic mode which merges the two frequencies under one separate name and password. Unfortunately, I don't see a way to disable 5GHZ exclusively unless you're willing to void the warranty by following a guide on YouTube on how to do (Gateway could bootloop if done incorrectly.)

Thanks for the help, I have the black cube, whichever that one is, I separated the bands but troubleshooting uncovered for my Topgreener smart wall switch it said pausing the 5ghz will allow the device to be discovered….I def don't want to void ANY warranty!  Nuevamente, gracias.
