Connect wifi extender to Gateway

I have an ATT wifi extender (AirTies 4920) I'd like to connect to a T-Mobile gateway. Can this be done? How?

    Note: You need to have AT&T Internet Service for your new Wi-Fi Extender to work. Check the compatibility with your gateway at att.com/wifiextender.

     

    Will the Airties 4920 extenders work with other routers?
