The easiest way is to put your router into Access Point Mode and then plug it into the T-Mobile modem.
The easiest way is to connect one end of a cat 5e or better cable on one of the Tmobile's LAN ports and then the other end to the WAN port of the old router. As long as the third octet of the IP addresses are different, you should get 2 networks working with no conflict. The Tmobile I have has "12" and the 2nd router has "1".
