HP OFFICE JET PRINTER NOT CONNECTING
TRYING TO CONNECT A HP4655 5 IN ONE PRINTER THAT WAS WORKING ON ANOTHER NETWORK
I HAVE A GREY TOWER LOOKING FOR A WPS BUTTON TO PUSH?
I have a pretty old HP deskjet 3050 and the new 5G wireless black tower. I went into the T-mobile app required when you get the network set up and changed the network settings. Go to the advanced settings "WPA version" and change it from "WPA2/WPA3" to "WPA/WPA2". Mine was able to finally connect after doing this. Hope this helps!
No WPS button on the device. Check HP's support site for alternative instructions.

Network → WiFi-Networks → 2.4GHz → Transmission Mode = n/g

My HP Printer worked find on my Cox network. Now that I switched to TMobile, I can't add the printer driver to my computer. How is this fixed? When you hit the + sign to add a printer, no printers show up anymore. Gracias.

The 5G gateway is set up for WiFi6, which some older printers cannot handle.
My unique solution was to change the transmission mode of the 2.4GHz from ax to n on the gateway, so that my older printer could connect and be seen on the network.

If you are talking about logging into the gateway as administrator, the username “admin” and the password are printed on a white label attached to the bottom of the gateway.
