password recognition

I assume you are referring to an internet gateway.  First make sure you are using the WiFi password not the admin password.  Be sure to include all the punctuation marks in the password.  To see required  password go to the app on your phone. Select NETWORK from the black bar at the bottom.   Press the red arrow to the right of the desired network(s). Press the eyeball to see the password.

Worse case you can press and hold for a bit the reset button on the gateway to restore factory settings.

I have been able to connect my Epson printer but the Microsoft Surface returns a message that it cannot connect.

Hola @Pinacle Just wondering if you were able to get your Microsoft Surface connected to your gateway. If so, we would love to know how so others could do the same thing if they run into this problem.
