problem with new G4AR 5G Gateway

I had the same problem connecting a whole house generator to this gateway. After days of troubleshooting, I found that the password length that the gateway requires was too short for the generator's security configuration. I had to create a separate network on the gateway with a long password just so the generator could login.
This solved the problem of everything logging into the gateway except one device, however, days later I am experiencing the gateway dropping the separate network. The network appears in the T-Life app but it has no Internet service.
