HULU doesn't play well with TMOBILE home internet

That person is wrong. They can absolutely reset your home location so that services like HULU can start working with your T-Mobile Home Internet Service. I have 4 TV and all streaming services only with them. They each can connect to HULU with no issues since the Chat Person rest my home location with the system.
T-Mobile changes my IP regularly so it's a hassle to contact Hulu each time. Takes at least 20 minutes each time.
