Sagemcom Home Internet Gateway - access Admin Settings

Unfortunately there are no advanced settings for the T-Mobile Home Internet gateway/router. For whatever reason they have decided to limit users ability to make any changes beyond the very basic setup that you see within the app.
You are actually already signed in as an administrator on the app, perhaps scanning the barcode on the gateway signed you in if you don’t recall entering it manually.
I believe if you sign up for a business account you can get a gateway that allows greater adjustment. Not sure if there is an additional cost for that. If you search this community for "business" you might find some additional info regarding that.
@Tom7283053 if I understand your question/problem correctly, you are concerned about logging into T-Mobile Internet app to configure it? The web browser login only provides a current status - not log-in or adjustments there.
For the TM Internet app, there is a log-in prompt when you first download the app and set it up. The app will ask you to scan the QR code on the gateway to connect the app and gateway. The following video might be helpful.
While this process takes a little time, once you get it dialed it, you leave it and it should run efficiently.
