Sagemcom Home Internet Gateway - access Admin Settings
I can connect to the Gateway via the T-Mobile app and by using the 192.168.12.1 address in a browser on a PC connected to the gateway wirelessly. I am not seeing anywhere in either programs where to...
Unfortunately there are no advanced settings for the T-Mobile Home Internet gateway/router. For whatever reason they have decided to limit users ability to make any changes beyond the very basic setup that you see within the app.
You are actually already signed in as an administrator on the app, perhaps scanning the barcode on the gateway signed you in if you don’t recall entering it manually.
I believe if you sign up for a business account you can get a gateway that allows greater adjustment. Not sure if there is an additional cost for that. If you search this community for "business" you might find some additional info regarding that.
