wufi gateway suspention
Our tmobile wifi is on three month suspension per our request. We're still getting billed.
We requested a three month suspension on our wifi gateway device. We had it set up in early October to start Oct 15th. We called and they said it was all set up. Now we're still getting billed for the full amount. We're told that the suspension option was discontinued Oct 10th.
