Can't reactivate line. Tried to pay and did but noting came of it.

My line's been suspended and I can't reactivate it through the app because "something doesn't match" T-mobiles records. I tried paying m over due fee as a guest but nothing came of it and I can't get my money back. I can't call customer service and I don't know how to reactivate my line. ¿Qué puedo hacer?
