International data Roaming
I had recently activated international roaming for India and Dubai recently for $50 (15 GB) for 30 days on my phone. But the internet connectivity stopped in a couple days. I was not getting messages or emails on my phone even though out of 15 GB of data only 2.3 GB was used.
T-Mobile service is terrible even after paying.
How can I claim for refund?

The data your device shows as usage and what your device might have actually used can be very different. Especially when there are systems apps that don't always show up in your usage.
You can ways reach out to Customer Care by dialing 611 from your device or you can send T-Mobile a DM on Facebook or Twitter to inquire about your usage.

There are many reasons why data connectivity can be interrupted. I'm not a big fan of T-Mobile's Data Pass. Today you can buy cheap, local eSIMs for data that are much more cost-effective and, frankly, more reliable.

India is also full of many regional carriers but doesn't really have a nationwide network. There are areas of India with no roaming agreements. That could also be the issue.
