Incomming calls from the US when you are aboard
Will I be charge for receiving and incoming call from the US while traveling in St Lucia?

Yeah. "Aboard" vs "Abroad" To the OP: Onboard a cruise ship calls will be crazy expensive ($6/min). If you need to use your phone on the ship, buy a WiFi package, put the phone in Airplane Mode and then turn WiFi back on.
