International data pass for traveling to Vietnam and Thailand - conflicting info
I am getting conflicting information. When you enter Vietnam or Thailand on T-Mobile site for Vietnam or Thailand it stated not available for those countries. When I asked Representative today 1-19-23 at 8:15am, he said that if i buy the international pass should include Vietnam or Thailand. I am weary about his answer because he could not tell the phone company they partnered with in Vietnam. I have received wrong answers many times by T-Mobile representatives before. Can anyone confirm what the Representative is telling me is correct. He claimed that the T-Mobile web page is not correct.
you will need to scroll down a bit to make sure your phone will work over there as well. phone might not have the bands needed in order to work over there.
