one plus international $25 feature
I've been traveling to Mexico back and forth and now I get a message that I've used T-Mobile: Heads up! You've used your free 5GB of high-speed data. We'll keep you going with low-speed data On Us until your bill cycle resets on 07/19/2023. Go to t-mo.co/dataRoam25 for info and options. The whole purpose of that $25 feature is UNLIMITED 4G LTE data while traveling in mexico and Canada, I've called care or chat on the app and no one has a clue what I'm talking about.
I have same issue while traveling in Canada, for the past three weeks I keep it calling T-Mobile and they just giving me on time 15gb pass, which works fine until I used. After that I do call again. They are not fixing the problem with "One Plus International " option I have and paying $25 for the past 6 years.
