pay additional services on prepaid plan for US

I just bought a prepaid plan for US, as I will travel there for several days.

I am trying to add the service of unlimited  international calls (15 $) but there is no way to make the payment us it is accepting credit cards from specific countries only and not from Greece. !

Any thoughts ?
