Port forwarding for multiple IPs

Hi, I want to set up port forwarding for my minecraft server. I put the external port and internal port correctly, in internal host I put the IPv4 of the host machine and in external host I want it to be ALL possible IPs. I can't make multiple port forwarding rules because it gives me a port conflict error. I also dont know what to put in the service box. I tried setting up a DMZ  but it didnt change anything.
