Does Magenta Max 55+ plan operate in Puerto Rico same as at home in the mainland US?
Thanks for the reply, @formercanuck. Yes, that is why the info about PR is in a gray-area (or is it grey-area for [former] Canucks as it is for our English cousins?).
PR is a territory of the US and a commonwealth. I see there is a PR specific t-mobile website. I wonder if t-mobile PR and t-mobile US are completely separate entities? There is clearly t-mobile data and voice coverage in PR, but I am trying to find out if it is included in my plan or considered international roaming that would require an international plan add-on. And confusing the fact is that PR is not listed in the list of "countries" included in the plan. The rep I chatted with earlier referenced the free roaming in Canada and Mexico. I had to laugh because that did not answer my question about plan coverage in PR.
Are you saying because PR does not show as a partner that it should be included in my plan? I get the same sort of info on the coverage map as you showed in San Juan. I wonder what the "undefined" tag means. I get that pretty much everywhere I click in PR. Por ejemplo:
151 Calle Del Recinto Oeste
San Juan, undefined
