Report T-Mobile to the FTC

This "solved by the community"  is complete nonsense. These are T-Mobile employees/staff replies. File a claim, civil suit against T-Mobile. They purposely make it difficult to contact anyone besides their underpaid Bharata team.

Send a letter to Deutsch Télécom. Nothing will happen. Civil Suit. They could care less.

Gracias,

I see that Gramps28 has replied to multiple community threads with the logical "should have known" answer and a helpful link. He's a complete fraud! Works for the enemy. Why would anyone follow this complaint chat for years...and years? I see 2022 responses. Either he's a sad, lonely, and unfortunately psychologically inept individual with zero social skills. Or he's on the payroll. Gramps28 will be Julie11 next month.

Dude, I don't work for Tmobile and never will. I use to work retail in the grocery business for close to 36 years and after I left I will never go back.

Good job in deflecting I'm an undercover plant though but it's time to take the tinfoil hat off.

Good luck with your complaint though.

  • This is LordRoquefort with an explanation on my post. I called T-Mobile for advice on my pre-paid account because I would be working out of the country for two months and didn't want any hassle or phony roaming charges. I paid eighty dollars ($80) in advance to cover two months. I did not text, call, respond to anyone unless it was over free Wi-Fi/WhatsApp.

They still sent me threatening messages that they were going to suspend my service the very first month.  I'm in South America and added 40 dollars to my account. Month number two. The same scenario and added another 40 dollars. I have proof of the bank transactions (withdrawals). I paid 80 dollars in advance. Where's the 80 extra? When I called about the issue they made up charges on the fly. Supervisor transfer. Travellers fee. Bringing my cell phone to another country fee. Looking at my cell phone outside of the USA fee. And! My bill was 35 dollars a month initially. Then 45 then 35 then 40 dollars a month at their choosing.

  • Hi, Gramps! Why would I have internationale roaming fees? I only used my phone when WIFI was available and used WhatsApp. T-Mobile has service in this S.A. country. They informed me that it would cost such and such a price to call or text the USA and so much for Europe. I did not call or text anyone.

If wifi fails it will default to cellular. There's a lot of threads about this.
