This offers calling to landlines in Switzerland but does not offer it to mobile lines.

Last time I checked, T-Mobile’s Stateside-International Calling bolt-on was $15/mo. With Google Voice calling Swiss landlines is 2¢/min and most mobiles are 5¢/min. This means that you can call a Swiss mobile for 5 hours for what T-Mobile charges for a month of Stateside-International calling.
