Why I am not receiving OTP/text messages on my Tmobile prepaid sim(15$Every Month Plan) while In India

I have active T Mobile Prepaid sim with 15$ every month recharge plan. Recently Moved to India for 2months stay from USA.

I am not receiving OTP/text messages on my T mobile prepaid sim(15$Every Month Plan) while In India. Please suggest me or help me on this

  • Try turning on WiFi Calling.  You can also call Customer Care at 611 from your T-Mobile line or *233 I'd that doesn't work to speak to someone to see if there is anything you can add to allow you to receive those texts.

    Try turning on WiFi Calling and connecting to WiFi.  Otherwise, give Customer Care a call to see what internation all options are available for the location you are visiting.

    Roaming in India is very hit and miss due to the number of region specific carriers.  Prepaid roaming isn't available in all places where Postpaid roaming is.  

  • Now I am in Telangana, India and would like to receive OTP/Text messages to my USA T Mobile Prepaid sim. So please let me know which plan I have to add to my prepaid sim and what Should I do to get the OTP/Text messagess. Please suggest

    Try turning on WiFi Calling.  You can also call Customer Care at 611 from your T-Mobile line or *233 I'd that doesn't work to speak to someone to see if there is anything you can add to allow you to receive those texts.
