My phone is under my parents account, when they check my phone records or phone bill can they see the calls i make on snapchat, see my username and the username im calling? or the username that is calling me?

Has anyone checked since then? I made a snap call with my bf but I was told not to text or call him. My parents check my message log on t-mobile every month so im scared they'll see it. It showed on my iPhone call history so I just want to make sure they can't see it. Also I had my wifi off when we called so idk if that changes anything
