firmware issue with m2000
I have had my m2000 for a long time and have had no issues with it till now. recently there was an over the air firmware update and i did not think much about it just clicked the button to do the up...
Howdy folks,
I went to the T-mo repair center in my area and the gist of there response was huh never seen that before and it looks like your out of warranty so your sol. T-mo took no responsibility for bricking my device. I purchased another unit and this time I purchased a insurance policy on it. So next time there is a firmware update from T-mo I am protected at least i hope so.
