inactive devices live on ....

I returned the jetpack device yet i still see it on my account. being deaf CALLINHG is NOT an option.  TMobile needs a way for deaf to get help! the chat on your site is sales.

  • you can contact TMO via Facebook or Twitter. this starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents anyways.
