Internet Can't Find Me

I live in Tunkhannock, PA (26 miles north of Wilkes Barre and 26 miles west of Scranton), but my location always shows that my computer is in Philadelphia.  I have tried several suggestions from Internet searches to fix my location accuracy with no success.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Gracias.
