LAN Network Printer

I will have to assume you are referring to the wireless LAN. Depending upon how old some of the network printers are the authentication they require is important. If you setup your 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz SSID authentication to WPA2 or WPA3 only it might be the printer cannot handle either. Set the 2.4 GHz channel for Encryption Mode = WPA/WPA2/WPA3 Personal and set WPA Version = WPA/WPA2.

If you check the Ricoh LAN printer manual it should have the required version and mode. I don't have a Ricoh printer so I can't say for sure. I had a similar issue with my older Epson. I set WPA2/WPA3 and it refused to play ball.
