Hello Everyone.. I’ve read previous post and created New Network Name…It shows on my printer screen, and loaded my password and it says connection Failed Ive returned to previous setting….and even ...
UPDATE connected finally
NC 1037 post was the 2nd post of 2 to solve the connection issue
added a new Network Name for the Printer from post 1 was the original problem (thanks)

changing frequency band to 2.4 GHZ
