PC can't find wifi from gateway

I have a Dell UFOO Inspiron 5488 Desktop.  New out of box.  It does not list the Tmobile wifi.  Can't find it to connect. After being on the phone that seemed like an eternity with the TMobile rep, we could not find a resolution.  We tried everything.  Does anyone know how to resolve this?   Trying to avoid calling Dell !!!
