SimpliSafe not finding the internet
I am trying to get my SimpliSafe system connected to the internet through one of my T-Mobile home internet networks. I have the black box and one of the networks set to 2.4 GHz and WPA/WPA2. When I try to connect, the SimpliSafe system sees both networks. I select the one set to 2.4 GHz, but when I try to connect, the SimpliSafe app says that the network is not connected to the internet -- even though it is. Anyone have a solution to suggest for fixing this?

Yes, I have tried everything and continue to get the same result: “The network xxxxxxx isn’t connected to the internet.”
I also cannot get any of my computers to find my printer on the network. It is connected -- I am able to print by saving things to my Dropbox and then downloading the document from there to the printer -- but when I try to connect in Windows, the Printer app says there is no printer connected to the network.

That should work. Have you tried after rebooting everything?
