Throttling + Hot Spot... Is it really unlimited data?

Observably, this does not appear to be the case. This month I crossed the 101 gb mark, and the internet speed dropped to 0.10 MBS!
The salesman told you wrong. You drop down to pathetic 2G speeds after you reach your allotment.

Si tu uso total de datos de alta velocidad excede tu asignación de alta velocidad seleccionada durante un ciclo de facturación, reducimos tu velocidad de datos a velocidades 2G (128 kbps para la mayoría de los planes) por el resto de ese ciclo de facturación.
