T-Mobile Scam

I migrated from Xfinity along with my 4 friends on 9-Mar through an online agent. The conversations where so smooth until the order was procured. He even had me buy a new iPhone 15 pro with wring promises of $830 off and $250 of trade-in value. I traded my iPhone 13 Pro 256GB which was in mint condition. But then started my long suffering journey with T-Mobile. The 20 calls I made to get the trade-in money never was successful. Forget the $830 off. T-Mobile still did not pay for my old phone. They accept that the phone is received at their end but never refunded. When it comes to $830 off, they now say that the offer doesn't exist. T-Mobile is scam. I will never go for T-Mobile.
