The site changed and does not show the low plans for prepaid.61Visto0likes0ComentariosPrepaid T-mobile scam
Why is T-Mobile letting the prepaid.T-mobile.com website getting away with scamming people. There is a website pretending to be T-mobile.com that have plans ranging from $10 - $35 per month with prepaid. It was hard forme to tell if it was a legit website because it would direct youto your postpaid T-Mobile account if you signed in or clicked on I have an existing account, but it would never let you create an account with the T-Mobile prepaid website you areon when you click the"you're a new customer",making you think you already have an account with them through your postpaid account. T-Mobile use to have those plans maybe a year ago.PRE-ROLL: 2024 E-Class "Evolves with You" Non-Offer :30 (youtube.com)try to copy and paste the link. It is not matching up with what I recently saw on the internet. There were ads talking about the $10 prepaid T-Mobile plan. It did not seem to good to be true until maybe now. I'm trying to get a prepaid account started for myself right now but am having a hard time dealing with my postpaid being permanently closed. I only need one account, two would be too expensive.Solved627Visto0likes4ComentariosRe: Account cancelled, I dont know what to do, please help

Usually when a prepaid service is canceled, the number goes back into the pool of numbers to be assigned. How fast that happens depends on how much demand there is for numbers for that location. I thought the representative said he can turn my account back on within like 90 days even after deleting the account or he can make a new account for me no problem after deleting it. We were unclear if the same number was going to pop up in the new account or the recovered account, even though I was trying to give out the message that I wanted to keep my phone number, and will I be able to get it back if I cancelled my account.44Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: How can I activate the Sim card which I have used before
I was trying to get my old phone number transferred to my new prepaid sim card. When you buy a prepaid plan and a sim card, they give you the option to have the same phone number orchange it. My account got deleted by a customer representative, of course we agreed on it, but only if my prepaid sim card has the same number. Turns out the prepaid sim was not yet activated, but they were able to transfer my old number to the new prepaid sim card. When they deleted my account permanently, my new sim card was deactivated and my account was deleted along with the phone number, meaning I can't log back into my account when I need that phone number.43Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Account cancelled, I dont know what to do, please help
I got someone to help me cancel myaccount in customer support. Only because we thought my new prepaid sim card was working, when it was not working properly. The only reason the new sim card was working was because my number got switched over to my new sim card. Anyways long story short, when my account got cancelled, my old line and my new prepaid sim card that was supposed to have the same phone number both got deleted and deactivated. I'm stuck with no phone, and idk if anybody can helpbecause there is no account to get into to. I am hoping someone on the team can help me get my number back.44Visto0likes0Comentarios
