I thought I'd try T-Mobile's home internet service. It's so easy to set up online. In less than two days, I received my new modem. Unfortunately it didn't work, my cell reception here is too weak. No problem, sent it back in less than a day and cancelled the account. When it was received, they let me know I'd be receiving a full refund of $0.00. That's perfect. Just as expected.
Now, a month later, my debit card is charged $55.00 for the monthly fee. I call customer service to ensure this will be refunded. They cannot get into my account without their precious PIN. I DO NOT KNOW THIS! They say I simply have to got to the nearest store to straighten it out. That's 25 miles from here. They have all my demographics, my debit card number, account number and god knows what else yet they can't get this done over the phone!!!!!!!! I wonder if they'll pay me for my mileage and time?
DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH T-MOBILE!
