30Gb 90 day trial on Surface Pro 9

I enrolled in the 30Gb 90 trial that came preinstalled on my Surface Pro 5g/LTE Laptop with but for some reason it never activated an eSIM on the computer.  I called support 3 times for long times in an attempt to get it operational.  After working on it for a bit on the 3rd call, they forwarded me to network services who told me that they do not offer this promotion for Windows but only support phones, not computers even though the plan indicates "Windows" and I read to him off their web site the promotion!

On the T-Mobile dashboard to indicates my plan as “Windows Mobile Plans 3 Month 30GB Trial” with 0Gb to 30Gb used.

It is truly amazing how difficult it is to get a Windows laptop connected through T-Mobile and will not support this promotion.
