Beneficios

I am new to Tmobile and trying to access my benefits to take advantage of the Netflix and Apple TV options. When I try to access on my app I get the message "Look like we got our wires crossed, we were not able to process your request. Try later"

 

Anyone else with this issue or a solution?

    Yes and the people at t-noble dais it is thr first time they have seen that.  they did not know what to do. so i left and i am trying to it but no lick yet.
