how to terminate prepaid
I've been given a fictional phone number and put in prepaid for my internet service where I have no access to internet acc. my internet is not prepaid and I don't have a t mobile phone. How do I get out of prepaid, its terrible?
The phone number is used to tie your account to Tmobile for billing purpose. I had a sync up tracker that was the same way done for billing.
Thanks gramps, I wouldn’t mind the number but they put me in prepaid and prepaid totally sucks, c s won’t even talk to me when I tell them I’m prepaid because they say its like a different co. and they can’t even talk to them.
Hey there @philmire. Have you been able to get the phone number figured out? I highly suggest sending a direct message to us on Social Media using one of the icons at the bottom of this page. That gets you to our T-Force team and they are amazing. They should also be able to handle both prepaid and postpaid so they can bridge the gap and get you all squared away.
