Netflix downgrade
T-Mobile upgraded my Netflix plans, but upgrade in a sense that they just decided to change my Netflix plan from standard to premium before 1/25/24 and then charged me for that change without my consent. Spent 3 hours dealing with the and the reason they gave was they want to provide me a better experience, so they upgrade me and charge me without my consent. They played it as it's only $9 dollar more for the premium as compared to $4.5 of the standard plan that I am already paying for. I was very confused to find out behind all those nonsense answer that the $9 premium will automatically go to $16 after 1/25/24. So they upgraded me to a plan that I don't need, and best they can let the change of plan kick in on 1/25/24 so that I can see another increase on the price tag. Plus, they never text me on the Netflix on ads to do the basic informing as they claimed to do so and I had to show them that it didn't show up in my text on the date they claim to do so (and they had all my text info on their end)
