Netflix downgrade

At this junction, I wish there was a way to simply say, I don't want the "Netflix on us" and simply pay less for my bill. Ultimately, it's only a benefit because somewhere in the bill we're secretly paying for it. I wonder how low I could get my bill down to if I wasn't paying for "free" benefits I don't really use and mostly don't want. I've never seen a point to the Tuesday perks (mostly crap). My bill has for some reason gone up, while having the same services. The signal around my house is still lame. ¿Cuál es el problema?
