i can not open syncUp kids app in my phone

Guess I'm going to add my name to the list. Had issues for a week but no time to deal with it till this morning at 4am. Checked and saw there was an update, updated and still had issue. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same issue. Checked permissions and made sure connection was good. Still have issue. That's when I googled and found this thread. Hey T-Mobile please fix! Thanks!!

Having the same issue here on my note 10+ works fine on the wife's iPhone though 

must be android update issue. same thing. All items core API failing

I emailed them asking how to go about a refund/return so that i can find a better product

+1 fails for me as of today, same error message as others: "All items core API failing". Pixel 8 Pro, Android 14. App version Android 1.4.5 (222663). Last repro 1 June.

My Samsung Galaxy is on Android 12  (Snow Cone)  and 30mins ago it updated to (One UI 4.1). 
I reinstalled, cleared cache and the SyncUP Kids app still will NOT work. 
I have (4) children ages 8 to 6 on the app and I NEED it to work... pleaes help!!
