i can not open syncUp kids app in my phone

I am not able to access the app either. This has been going on for months. Can't update anything, access my account, all the functions of this app are not useable and very frustrating. 

We just bought our son's syncup watch today. My husband can get into the app. I was able to accept the invitation. Then it went back to the startup screen on the app and won't do anything else. 

Also, is anyone else having issues placing calls from the watch? It just goes to the customer service number despite them working for over an hour to try to figure it out at the store... 

We're excited about the potential good this watch could be!... If it works... 

Every time there’s a new iOS update T-Mobile should at least reach out the sync up watch kids app developers and tell them to catch up with updates since there’s an update all the time like rappers dropping albums do something about these apple updates because it causes the sync up app automatically stop working I called and all that’s T-Mobile could do it’s create tickets instead of tackling the main issue after I found out the source of the issue.

Im having same issue please assist.

Worked for a week.  Now Can't open app.  Keep getting api failing.  No updates available.  Seems this is a common issue with no solution. Will give a day or two, before I return and go another carrier.

I am having the same problem. I tried logging into the account with my friends IPhone, which worked. When I tried it again with my android, it's giving me that API error

Has anyone had any luck getting the app to work after they've gotten those error?

syncup app not working keeps saying all items core api failing. I uninstalled the app reinstalled i reset my phone and nothing seems to work.
