Issues adding contacts to SyncUp Kids in T-Life

Is anyone else having issues adding contacts in T-Life for SyncUp Kids? I get all of the way through the process (name, phone number, "friend") and then the contact won't save. Super frustrating for a brand new device.

    Where do you add contacts to the sync up watch in t-life? I cannot find it!

  • I couldn't even find it.  I was just able to add one today.

    Did you find it by going to the Connect, picking their card, clicking the < at the top, slide screen up, and then click the + symbol?
    Or did you have a different way?

    I had to add a profile picture (or avatar) before I could save.

  • I also saw the syncup kids app is retiring and downloaded the t-life app but i can’t even get through the connection screen where you verify your name and number. everything is correct, i click next and it says “something went wrong. please try again.” not sure what the problem is, has anyone else had this issue and have a resolution?

    Second time in this new app I've run into hard errors with "something went wrong. please try again."  It's terrible.  The app never should have been rolled out until it was ready. 

    The first time I got the error I was trying to simply accept terms and conditions "Something went wrong. Please try again" after hitting 'Accept.'  Spent two nights on the phone with customer service and they ended up sending me a new watch even though the issue is clearly with the app software. 

    Finally get the replacement watch and can at least add my child by getting through terms and conditions (I noticed there was an app update a few days ago) but now when I save contacts, "Something went wrong. Please try again." The contacts already exist from my other child's watch, and it looks like it'll be easy to simply copy them over, and it is, until you hit save and get the error message of death. Extremely frustrating.  10 days after my daughter's birthday and now she can call me and me alone!

      So this is still a problem. Christmas morning and first had an error message that the line and service weren't setup by tmobile properly. Was able to fix that thru chat so that's fixed. 

      Now "something went wrong. Please try again" every time I try to add a contact. The last time I set one up it was with the sync up app.  Now we can't use that.  So this was an issue 2 months ago and T Mobile just decided to go ahead and not fix it.  Entendido.
