Synch-up airplane mode not helpful!!
I use this watch to be able to track my son's location when he's outside playing, on school field trips, etc. Airplane mode was just enabled on his watch. THISIS NOT A HELPFUL TRACKING DEVICE IF I CANNOT DISABLE AIRPLANE MODE FROM MYAPP. God forbid something bad happened and a person took his watch and put it on airplane mode, I can no longer contact him, or him contact me, or even track his location. I feel that Airplane Modeshould besomething that isa.) controlled by the app, or b.) removed from the watch completely. The sole purpose of this thing for me is tracking. Suggestions???
Unable to add husband as Guardian on T-Life app for syncUP KIDS watch
My Wife sends me an invite via the T-Life app. Iclickon the invite and it goes to the home page. When Iclickon connect it goes through creating a childs profile which I do, but then it wants me topair the watch, which has already been done on my wifes account (admin) so we can't get any further. What am I missing here?

I've been with T-Mobile for almost 10 years. I've always bought my iPhone's Unlocked and in full cash anytime I need to get one or one just shut down on me. My fiancé and I decided to get a line together to make things cheaper and easier between us also spectrum gave us an awesome deal! The guy at spectrum said my phone was locked for some reason when it shouldn't have because I bought my phone unlocked for this specific reason. I called T-Mobile that Sunday to unlock my phone which they said no problem! Your phone will be unlock with 24 hours! 24 hour past still locked. Called back and this person said my request was never sent and to give him 2 days and my phone would be unlocked I said yes! Works perfectly just have it expedited please. Thursdays comes phone still locked , I spent 4 hour on the phone with T-Mobile to get my phone unlock being lied to saying that my phone would be unlocked in an hour or actually it's going to take 24hr oh wait my phone will be unlocked by the end of the day and I was just being lied to the whole time and still didn't get it unlock until Friday morning through TWITTER OR X …. I will never be going back to T-Mobile again they were practically keeping my phone hostage that I paid for in full from Best Buy UNLOCKED and it's taken me over 5 days just to get my phone unlocked that shouldn't have been locked to start with .
Sync Up 2 Watch Microphone Issues
We recently upgraded to the Sync Up 2 watch. Setting it up was a pain. If you upgrade from a previous watch, fully delete the previous watch from your sync up app BEFORE turning on the new watch. If not you may get a "weak signal' warning on the watch. Anyhow, the microphone on this watch randomly turns off. The only way to make the microphone work again is either to reboot the watch (turn off/turn on) or to factory reset the watch. Anyone else with this problem? Other solutions?How does a Guardian login to the SyncUP app?
I added my sister as a guardian on my kid's SyncUP 2 watches. She received the invites and downloaded the app when instructed. Now the app wants her to login. This is what I need to know... Does she use my login info? Does she create her own login info and profile to get into the app? Or does she use her husband's login info for their T-Mobile account? I can't find any info on what to do after downloading the app. Please help!! 😭
